We invite you to CONNECT 2012, the Destiny Connections International Conference.

Our weekend away is a special time to meet with God and hear His Word. Worship is passionate and the presence of the Holy Spirit is precious. It is 'connected Churches' and others coming together as one family. Children love their special meetings (and it's such a safe place to play). The Youth have an awesome programme! The food is plentiful and tasty. There's lots of fun and time for relaxation - CONNECT 2012 is going to be just great - you will go home blessed!

Over the past few years CONNECT grew from being a local Church 'weekend away' to a significant gathering of the family of Churches which we are privileged to be involved with. It's wonderful to be together to strengthen our relationships, focus our vision, grow our faith and be involved in a great move of God.

This time we welcome Geoff Feasey as our guest preacher, he's a good friend of ours. Geoff is a mature and experienced man of God, and for many years part of the National Leadership Team of Elim Churches UK. We believe his ministry at CONNECT will be significant this year.

Our theme this year is 'Destined for More'. We know we will receive more, achieve more, believe for more and know more of God as a result of being at CONNECT 2012.

CONNECT 2012
Destiny Connections Conference is held at Cliff College Conference Centre in the Derbyshire Peak District, south of Sheffield and near Bakewell. It's a wonderful venue in a rural location with extensive views and beautiful countryside. There are safe places for children to play - with volleyball, badminton, games and our bouncy castle! Come and enjoy the best fellowship, food, fun, worship and the ministry of God's Word - and have a lovely break.

THE MINISTRY

Our guest preacher is Geoff Feasey, author and long-term National Leadership Team member of Elim Churches UK - an anointed man of God who has served God faithfully for many years.
There will also be ministry from Ian Critchley (Apostolic leader of Destiny Connections and Senior Pastor of Destiny Church Wakefield), Wesley Critchley (Associate Pastor Destiny Wakefield) and you'll get to hear other pastors from Destiny Connections Churches.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in a variety of bedrooms from single and twin rooms to family rooms, all with central heating and wash basins. There are plenty of clean showers, some rooms have en-suite facilities (suitable for disabled people). Bed-linen and quilts etc are provided - just bring a towel!

THE FOOD
Delicious food is cooked by professional caterers. Special dietary needs are catered for (tell us on the booking form)

A WELCOME TO ALL
Everyone is welcome at CONNECT. Come and enjoy a wonderful time of fellowship, worship and ministry that could change your life. At the same time, enjoy a lovely break-away with good food and great people in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.

THE CHILDREN
Children love CONNECT! There's lots to do and our Children's Team prepare a special programme for the children throughout the weekend. They love playing, making new friends and they enjoy the freedom of the safe environment at CONNECT.

THE PROGRAMME
The programme for CONNECT 2012 is carefully prepared to give you plenty of time to relax, enjoy fellowship or take a walk in the stunning Peak District countryside. You will also hear inspiring and faith building ministry from the Word of God and, of course, wonderful praise and worship.

Arrive from 4pm on Friday 6th July. The Conference starts with Dinner and the first meeting is Friday evening. Plan to stay until 'tea' on Sunday 8th July in the afternoon.

THE YOUTH
The Youth programme is exciting! It's adventurous and it's challenging, with their own events including teaching and fun after-hours activities. This is a great opportunity to meet other young people, develop friendships and also meet with God.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
There's lots to do at CONNECT - and you can have some time to rest if you want! There will be workshops, sports and games, quizzes, country walks, as well as worship and preaching that could change your life.
